Cancellation Policy

* All appointments require a non refundable deposit at the time of scheduling. * All cancellations require a 24 hour notice. Appointments that have to be rescheduled due to improper pre-treatment preparation, or those cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit their deposit and will require an additional deposit to reschedule. * NO SHOWS - Clients will be given ONE “Appointment Forgiveness” pass annually. The SECOND no show will require a deposit of 75% of the cost of treatment to reschedule or book future appointments. ANY no shows after will require cost of treatment to be PAID IN FULL at scheduling moving forward. * Please arrive on time to appointments. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled and will require an additional deposit. * Due to the nature of the services provided, we are unable to offer refunds. * In order to maintain a sanitary environment, no food, beverages, or pets, except for REGISTERED SERVICE ANIMALS, are permitted in the spa facility. * Please be advised that children are not permitted in the treatment rooms. Any child in the lobby must be supervised by an adult at all times. * Guests may not accompany clients in the treatment room. No client photography/videography is allowed during treatments, except when approved by your provider. NO EXCEPTIONS.
